SUNMARE DİJİTAL, the security of your data is important to us. We are aware of the great responsibility it involves. That is why we have created the following privacy policy that explains what kind of information we collect, how we process it, and what security measures we take.In general, All Cards - Mobile Wallet is a mobile application that collects, stores, and manages your wallet passes (tickets, boarding passes, loyalty cards, and coupons) locally, on your mobile phone.We have built a range of services to help hundreds of thousands of users daily to explore and interact with our app. For example:

• When you give us access to Google Drive, our app can backup content like passes, loyalty cards, etc. to it.  
• We ask your read-only permission to access Gmail only to search, find, and import all *.pkpass files from your email attachments that contain passes and cards sent to you by pass creators and issuers.  

We do not collect any personal information from our users.

We do not transfer your passes. They are kept on your phone only.

We do not store your data history. When data is collected, it is discarded as soon as it’s no longer needed.

Precise GPS location from mobile devices is collected only with your permission. Wi-Fi and IP addresses received from your device may be used to determine approximate location. This information is only used within the app, e.g., for showing relevant local passes in All Cards - Mobile Wallet.

We use Google AdMob as an advertising partner. This is the primary form of revenue for All Cards - Mobile Wallet and it funds our app support and development. The ads can be removed from our app via an in-app purchase. We do not share information that personally identifies you with advertisers, such as your name or email. You can manage ad preferences for the ads shown to you on your Google Account.

We do not allow pass issuers to track you. Your devices register anonymously for updates.

We use a third-party service to collect anonymized analytics data. We do this to gain insights that help us improve your experience with our app.

If you send us a bug report or feedback, we collect your email address and other information you provide as a part of your message only to respond to those reports.

We use Google Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash reports. Welcome to All Cards - Mobile Wallet, a mobile application provided by SUNMARE DİGİTAL ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the application or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the application.

By using the application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms may be updated from time to time without notice, and continued use of the application constitutes your acceptance of any such changes.

All Cards - Mobile Wallet is designed to help users store, manage, and organize digital wallet passes (e.g., tickets, boarding passes, coupons, and loyalty cards) on their mobile device. All data is stored locally unless the user chooses to back up to cloud services such as Google Drive.

You agree not to:

• Use the application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
   
• Interfere with or disrupt the application or servers.
   
• Access or attempt to access the accounts or data of other users.
   
• Upload harmful code, viruses, or malware.
   
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
   

All Cards - Mobile Wallet offers optional in-app purchases, including premium features such as ad removal and additional functionality. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account upon confirmation. Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions through your device settings.

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details about how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

All rights, titles, and interests in the application and its content are owned by or licensed to SUNMARE DİGİTAL. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the application without our written permission.

The application is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. Your use of the application is at your sole risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SUNMARE DİGİTAL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the application.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the application at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms of Service.

End-User License Agreement (EULA) of All Cards - Mobile Wallet
Effective Date: June 29, 2025

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and SUNMARE DİGİTAL for the use of the All Cards - Mobile Wallet software application ("Software").

Please read this EULA agreement carefully before installing or using the Software. It provides a license to use the Software and contains warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.

By installing or using the Software, you confirm your acceptance of the Software and agree to become bound by the terms of this EULA agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Software.

SUNMARE DİGİTAL hereby grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use All Cards - Mobile Wallet on your devices in accordance with the terms of this EULA.

You are permitted to install and use the Software on a mobile device that you own or control.

You are not permitted to:

• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Software.
   
• Copy, distribute, resell, or sublicense the Software to any third party.
   
• Use the Software for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
   
• Use the Software in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law.
   
• Share your license or access with others or allow others to use the Software on your behalf.
   

The Software, including all updates and enhancements, is and shall remain the sole property of SUNMARE DİGİTAL. All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, are owned by or licensed to SUNMARE DİGİTAL. This EULA does not grant you any rights to the Software other than the license granted above.

This EULA agreement is effective from the date you first use the Software and shall continue until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by deleting the Software from your device.

We may terminate this EULA agreement if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using and delete all copies of the Software from your device.

The Software is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind. SUNMARE DİGİTAL does not guarantee that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure. Use of the Software is at your sole risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SUNMARE DİGİTAL shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

This EULA agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
