1. Face Data

1.1. At Sunmare Dijital, we are committed to delivering creative tools powered by modern technologies. Our application, Baby Photo App Generator, may use AI-based systems to personalize photo editing experiences. When applying face effects, we need to position them accurately within your uploaded photo to deliver the intended result. This process does not involve identifying you or using facial recognition.

1.2. We do not use facial recognition, biometric templates, or any systems regulated by biometric data protection laws. Our app does not collect, generate, or store biometric identifiers or facial geometry. We strictly comply with all applicable data protection laws.

1.3. When you use our app, you may upload photos containing facial features via your camera or device gallery. We only access and process the specific images you choose to edit. We do not collect or access your full photo library.

1.4. Although photographs are not considered biometric identifiers under current legal definitions, we treat all photos containing face data with the highest level of security and confidentiality.

1.5. The face data is processed solely for the purpose of providing specific features in the application. We do not perform any automated or systematic processing for identification or profiling. No biometric identifiers or facial geometry are extracted or stored.

1.6. Consent and Control:
We obtain your explicit consent before collecting or processing any photos containing face data. You retain full control over your data and can request deletion at any time by contacting us.

1.7. Storage and Security:
Photos containing face data are either stored locally on your device or temporarily on our secure servers to enable app functionality. We implement industry-standard security measures such as encryption and access controls to protect your data. Photos are stored for a maximum of 60 days, after which they are permanently deleted.

1.8. In the case of AI-generated content, photo processing may occur on our secure servers using deep learning and text-to-image technology. Your source image will be stored only to complete the generation process and allow access across your devices.

1.9. We do not share, sell, lease, or trade your photos or face data with any third party. Data is never used for advertising, profiling, or tracking.

1.10. You may request deletion of your photos containing face data at any time. Once deleted, the data is irreversibly removed from our servers.

1.11. We use your face data only to provide the features of the application and never for any other purpose not stated in this policy.

1.12. We do not monetize, sell, or profit in any way from your biometric data or photographs.
