Your Acceptance

By using or visiting the Sunmare Digital website or any Sunmare Digital products, software, data feeds, and services provided to you on, from, or through the Sunmare Digital website, you signify your agreement to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use the Service. This Service is provided by Sunmare Digital on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis and Sunmare Digital reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in its sole discretion, at any time and without notice.

Service

These Terms of Service apply to all users of the Service, including users who are also contributors of Content on the Service. “Content” may include text, software, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, audiovisual combinations, interactive features, and other materials you may view on, access through, or contribute to the Service. The Service may contain links to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by Sunmare Digital. By using the Service, you expressly relieve Sunmare Digital from any and all liability arising from your use of any third-party website.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided ‘as is’. Sunmare Digital and its suppliers, licensors, and affiliate companies hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

In no event will Sunmare Digital, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Authenticator Premium Subscription

With an Authenticator: OTP, 2FA & Code Premium subscription, you have access to all features. Subscriptions are managed through your Google Play account and renew automatically unless canceled.

General Use of the Service

Sunmare Digital hereby grants you permission to access and use the Service, subject to the following express conditions, and you agree that your failure to adhere to any of these conditions shall constitute a breach of these Terms.

Use of Content

Nothing in this Service shall be deemed to confer on any person any license or right on the part of Sunmare Digital with respect to its content, save as expressly provided in these Terms.

Content and Conduct

As a Sunmare Digital account holder, you may submit Content to the Service. You understand that Sunmare Digital does not guarantee any confidentiality with respect to any Content you submit.

Account Termination

Sunmare Digital will terminate a user’s access to the Service if, under appropriate circumstances, the user is determined to be in violation of these Terms.

RevenueCat

Sunmare Digital may use RevenueCat and similar services to validate the receipt of subscriptions and manage subscription status across platforms.

Ability to Accept Terms of Service

You affirm that you are either more than 18 years of age, or possess legal parental or guardian consent, and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms.

Assignment

These Terms of Service, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned by Sunmare Digital without restriction.

This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and Sunmare Digital. This EULA governs your acquisition and use of our Authenticator: OTP, 2FA & Code software (“Software”) directly from Sunmare Digital or indirectly through a Sunmare Digital authorized reseller or distributor.

Please read this EULA carefully before completing the installation process and using the Software. It provides a license to use the Software and contains warranty information and liability disclaimers.

By clicking “accept” or installing and/or using the Software, you confirm your acceptance and agree to become bound by the terms of this EULA. If you are entering into this EULA on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity and its affiliates to these terms.

License Grant

Sunmare Digital hereby grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Authenticator: OTP, 2FA & Code software on your devices in accordance with the terms of this EULA. You are permitted to load the Software on a mobile or tablet under your control. You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the minimum requirements of the Software.

You are not permitted to:

• Edit, alter, modify, adapt, translate or otherwise change the whole or any part of the Software, nor permit the whole or any part of the Software to be combined with or become incorporated in any other software, nor decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Software or attempt to do any such things.
• Reproduce, copy, distribute, resell or otherwise use the Software for any commercial purpose.
• Allow any third party to use the Software on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party.
• Use the Software in any way which breaches any applicable local, national or international law.
• Use the Software for any purpose that Sunmare Digital considers a breach of this EULA.

Intellectual Property and Ownership

Sunmare Digital shall at all times retain ownership of the Software as originally downloaded by you and all subsequent downloads of the Software by you. The Software (and the copyright, and other intellectual property rights of whatever nature in the Software, including any modifications made thereto) are and shall remain the property of Sunmare Digital.

Sunmare Digital reserves the right to grant licences to use the Software to third parties.

Termination

This EULA is effective from the date you first use the Software and shall continue until terminated. You may terminate it at any time upon written notice to Sunmare Digital.

It will also terminate immediately if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon such termination, the licenses granted by this EULA will immediately terminate and you agree to stop all access and use of the Software.

Governing Law

This EULA, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this EULA, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

Sunmare Digital Teknoloji Yazılım Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) reserves the right to modify, update, or change the pricing of any of our applications, services, subscriptions, or in-app purchases at any time.

For existing subscribers, price changes will be communicated in accordance with the policies of the relevant platform provider (including but not limited to Google Play Store). Where required by applicable laws or platform rules, users will be notified in advance and may be required to accept the new price before the subscription renewal.

If a user does not accept a price change where required, the subscription may not renew at the next billing cycle.

Continued use of our services after a price change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.

The Company shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from pricing changes, subscription fee updates, or service modifications. We encourage users to review pricing information periodically.
